I hereby authorize SafeWatch Solutions to charge the indicated credit card for products and services provided and any applicable fees or taxes. I agree that this is a periodic charge that will be made according to my billing cycle, and in order to terminate the recurring billing process I must either cancel my account, or arrange for an alternative method of payment. I understand that all account cancellations for which an active recurring billing authorization exists must be made in writing in advance of any given periodic billing cycle. Refunds cannot be given after the account has been billed. I further understand, my gps device may require a cellular signal to transmit data. I have verified the 2G, 3G, CDMA, or 4G coverage for my area and I am aware of the coverage must exist in order to transmit GPS data to the SafeWatch servers. SafeWatch cannot be held responsible for cellular coverage in customer area nor does SafeWatch guarantee any cellular coverage or changes in service in the future. Devices and Service, once activated, cannot be refunded.
